By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such modifications will constitute your acknowledgment of the modified Terms.
Our App allows you to save and organize links to content created by others. You are solely responsible for the links you save and organize using our App. You must have the legal right to access and save such links.
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the App. You may not use the App to save links to content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SSSaveTik and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no event shall SSSaveTik be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
