End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and SSSaveTik governing your use of the SSSaveTik mobile application ("App").

License Grant

SSSaveTik grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this EULA.

Restrictions

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

• License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose or otherwise commercially exploit the App.
• Copy or use the App for any purpose other than as permitted under this EULA.
• Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile or reverse engineer any part of the App.
• Remove, alter or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) of SSSaveTik or its affiliates, partners, suppliers or licensors.

Intellectual Property

The App, including without limitation all copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets and other intellectual property rights are, and shall remain, the sole and exclusive property of SSSaveTik.

Third-Party Services

The App may display, include or make available third-party content (including data, information, applications and other products services) or provide links to third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that SSSaveTik shall not be responsible for any Third-Party Services, including their accuracy, completeness, timeliness, validity, copyright compliance, legality, decency, quality or any other aspect thereof.

Privacy Policy

SSSaveTik may collect and use information about your usage of the App, including certain types of information from and about your device. You agree that SSSaveTik may collect and use technical data and related information to improve its products and services. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.

Term and Termination

This EULA shall remain in effect until terminated by you or SSSaveTik. SSSaveTik may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this EULA with or without prior notice. This EULA will terminate immediately, without prior notice from SSSaveTik, in the event that you fail to comply with any provision of this EULA.

Amendments to this EULA

SSSaveTik reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this EULA at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised EULA.
